Senior E-commerce Executive

About the role

Perfetti Van Melle is looking for a Senior E‑commerce Executive to lead and optimise online sales across priority markets in the Middle East & Africa. You will own the e‑commerce strategy, drive growth with existing partners and uncover new digital opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy to exceed budgeted sales targets.
• Create annual budget plans with cross‑functional teams and conduct quarterly assortment reviews with e‑retailers.
• Maintain accurate monthly rolling forecasts together with country managers and distributors.
• Design comprehensive customer business plans with joint KPIs and targets.
• Ensure SKU availability and service levels above 85% across all e‑retail partners.
• Identify new e‑commerce growth areas using market trends and consumer insights.
• Enhance the digital customer journey through data‑driven optimisation of engagement and conversion.
• Develop and implement a platform strategy to strengthen market presence and ecosystem efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in quick‑commerce or FMCG e‑commerce environments.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and marketing results.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
