Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive value‑focused partnerships with our large enterprise customers in Dubai. The Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager will guide onboarding, accelerate adoption, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes with our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
• Lead efficient onboarding and drive adoption to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Maintain multi‑threaded relationships with operational and executive stakeholders and conduct Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews.
• Identify expansion, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Account Management, and support renewal planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Services teams to convey customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Provide structured feedback to improve product usability and contribute to internal processes, playbooks, and scalability programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large enterprise customers in a SaaS environment.
• Strong consultative and advisory approach with ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption, delivering measurable business outcomes and managing renewals.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to mentor junior Customer Success Managers and contribute to best‑practice development.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, engineering and support teams.
