Senior Executive Commercial and Strategy

About the role

The Senior Executive – Commercial and Strategy will coordinate corporate engagement, employer branding and stakeholder partnership initiatives that strengthen talent attraction, workforce development and organisational visibility. The role leverages engagement insights and programme data to recommend improvements and support effective internal and external relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of land pricing models and pricing proposals for existing and proposed masterplans.
• Assist in preparing financial feasibility models for new and existing developments.
• Provide analytical support for pricing recommendations related to units, land plots and customer land requests.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to inform pricing and commercial decisions.
• Collect, validate and maintain internal and external market benchmark data.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and analytical summaries for management review.
• Coordinate and support external valuation exercises for land, units and developments.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Commercial & Strategy, Urban Planning, Infrastructure) to track landbank status and availability.
• Support asset sales, joint‑venture and partnership activities, including due diligence and valuation analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Finance, Real Estate or Economics.
• Background in economics, business and strategy with a passion for real‑estate development and financial feasibilities.
