Senior Expert Advisor – Energy Components Midstream

About the role

Quorum Software is seeking a Senior Expert Advisor to lead complex software implementation programs across LNG, terminal operations, and hydrocarbon logistics. The role combines technical delivery leadership with trusted client advisory in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams across large‑scale energy system implementations.
• Own end‑to‑end solution delivery including architecture, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise system environments (SQL, APIs, integration frameworks, cloud platforms such as AWS).
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements in complex operational environments.
• Mentor consultants and build strong delivery capability within the team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in midstream and LNG operations, leading discovery workshops.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable system architectures and solution designs.
• Apply deep understanding of midstream energy value chains and ensure solutions reflect industry best practices.
• Support pre‑sales engagements, contribute to RFP responses and deliver tailored demonstrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related analytical discipline.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise systems in complex energy environments.
• Strong domain expertise in midstream oil & gas or LNG operations.
• Proven experience leading delivery teams of 8+ members.
• Fluent English communication skills.
