Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide hands‑on legal support for Maxit Advertising LLC. The role involves ensuring corporate compliance, managing third‑party relationships, and delivering high‑quality legal advice in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support across the organisation.
• Advise on corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage and review all vendor agreements and third‑party contracts.
• Draft, negotiate and finalise contracts in English and Arabic.
• Update standard documents, terms of business and internal policies.
• Train and mentor junior lawyers.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Background in a top international law firm’s corporate department.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Based in the region.
• Preferably qualified in a Western jurisdiction.
