Senior M&A Manager – Dubai

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Mergers & Acquisitions engagements in Dubai. You will work with a high‑performing team to evaluate strategic fit, analyse transactions, assess synergies and support negotiations for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of M&A transactions, including preparation of client reports, fundraising documentation and acquisition/disposal materials.
• Develop and deliver pitch books, marketing collateral and business development initiatives.
• Originate transaction ideas, identify opportunities and nurture client relationships.
• Project‑manage deal timelines, coordinate with counterparties and advisers, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyse key business drivers, anticipate risks and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑8 years of corporate finance experience in investment banking, professional services or boutique advisory.
• Proven track record on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, including fund‑raising.
• Strong numerical aptitude and sound judgement with the ability to devise creative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline from a reputable university.
