Senior Manager – Agile Program Management (Financial Services)

About the role

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will drive end‑to‑end Agile transformations for financial‑services clients, ensuring that program outcomes deliver measurable business value. You will oversee globally distributed teams, champion continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between technology delivery and senior business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program‑level Agile processes, from planning through execution, across multiple portfolios.
• Coordinate and mentor cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams to meet delivery milestones.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and define improvement road‑maps.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops, hypothesis‑driven development cycles, and usability testing.
• Present progress, risks, and insights to C‑level executives and senior leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑performing Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams in a consulting environment.
• Strong track record of influencing large organisations through data‑driven storytelling.
• Comfortable presenting to senior business and technology leaders.
• Deep understanding of financial‑services industry dynamics.
