Senior Manager, Business Development – Priority & Personal Banking

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Development for its Priority and Personal Banking segments. The role focuses on portfolio performance, client acquisition, and driving profitability through strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and pursue strategic business development opportunities for Personal and Priority Banking.
• Design and execute plans to attract and retain high‑net‑worth clients.
• Engage new‑to‑bank (NTB) clients via leads from multiple channels and run end‑to‑end campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, branch, and multichannel teams to drive growth and cross‑sell retail assets, bancassurance, investments, and cards.
• Develop and manage customer and staff contests from ideation through fulfilment.
• Implement portfolio optimisation strategies, including rebalancing and diversification.
• Support annual operating plan, target setting and budget allocation across segments.
• Ensure all activities comply with the bank’s risk management policies and report on key metrics.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services with a proven track record in affluent client development.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CFA or CMA are preferred.
• Strong understanding of portfolio principles, asset allocation and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
