Senior Manager Cyber Security

About the role

The Senior Manager Cyber Security will lead Gadget Express's cyber security threat intelligence operation centre, overseeing monitoring, incident response and overall security posture. Reporting to the ICT Department, the role ensures alignment with Dubai Smart City initiatives and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve security events and incidents.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOC standard operating procedures.
• Produce regular reports tracking security incidents, investigations and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with technology, legal and policy requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in information security and managing a Security Operations Center.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM or GCIH are advantageous.

Required skills

• Security Operations Center (SOC) management.
• Threat intelligence and incident response.
• Cloud security and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Directory services, identity management, network and system security.
• Experience with PKI, VPN, SSO, federation services and Wi‑Fi security.
