Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (AI Solutions)

About the role

Inception, a G42 company, is seeking a Senior Manager – Solution Engineering to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director – Solution Engineering, you will act as the senior technical authority for strategic customer engagements, turning cutting‑edge AI capabilities into concrete, outcome‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end AI solution design, covering Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning and Conversational AI.
• Define high‑level architectures, reference patterns and solution blueprints that integrate Inception products with custom AI components.
• Make pragmatic trade‑offs across performance, cost, latency, security and responsible‑AI guardrails.
• Drive rapid prototyping and Minimum Lovable Prototypes (MLPs) to validate feasibility and value.
• Lead technical discovery and AI envisioning sessions with customers, translating complex capabilities into clear solution narratives.
• Provide senior technical leadership on RFP responses, client workshops and proofs‑of‑concept.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior solution engineer or AI‑focused architect handling complex enterprise projects.
• Ability to move from ambiguous requirements to clear, executable designs.
• Strong communication skills to influence product direction and advise C‑level stakeholders.
