Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

As Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, you will own executive and critical hiring for the noon Group across the UAE, KSA and Egypt. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will partner directly with CEOs, business leaders and functional heads to define, source and close high‑impact roles that drive the company’s next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior and leadership searches from mandate definition through assessment, offer and closure.
• Own high‑priority, hard‑to‑fill searches where speed and quality are essential.
• Build and maintain live talent maps for priority functions and markets.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear role briefs, candidate profiles and search plans.
• Directly source and engage senior talent, establishing trusted relationships without relying on agencies.
• Partner with hiring leaders to raise the hiring bar, challenge weak briefs and prevent compromise hires.
• Design rigorous, role‑specific interview and evaluation processes.
• Provide leadership with market intelligence and talent availability insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading executive and senior‑level recruitment in fast‑growing, technology‑driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with C‑suite and functional leaders.
• Ability to operate autonomously, build market intelligence and drive end‑to‑end search processes.
• Excellent judgment, pace and decision‑making under ambiguous conditions.
