Senior Manager, Training Operations

About the role

This senior position leads end‑to‑end logistics, operations and budget governance for a government training centre in Dubai. The role ensures seamless program delivery, efficient resource use and high stakeholder satisfaction while driving operational excellence through innovation and best‑practice alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics and operations policies, processes and frameworks.
• Translate operational plans into actionable priorities and monitor performance KPIs.
• Produce regular reports on logistics quality and participant satisfaction.
• Establish strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external training/logistics providers.
• Oversee planning and execution of training programmes, events and related logistics.
• Manage facility operations, visitor management, security approvals and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance and vendors to deliver logistics, hospitality and technical services.
• Lead budget planning, expenditure tracking, approvals and asset management.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance.
• Analyse performance data and drive continuous‑improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12–14 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, CSCP or equivalent supply‑chain certification, Learning Systems certifications.
• Demonstrated competence in operations & logistics management, budgeting, governance, training centre management and stakeholder communication.
