Senior Personal Banker – Loans (Dubai)

About the role

The Senior Personal Banker will drive sales of personal banking and loan products in Dubai, delivering an ethical and professional customer experience while meeting strict compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for personal banking and loan services.
• Prospect targeted customer segments through phone calls and face‑to‑face visits.
• Present and sell the full suite of personal banking products in a structured manner.
• Manage relationships with approved corporate clients and develop key contacts.
• Conduct micro‑marketing activities such as kiosk events and direct marketing.
• Handle objections to secure new customers or payroll transfers.
• Ensure end‑to‑end turnaround time for applications while maintaining quality standards.
• Comply with KYC, FATCA, AML/CTF, and all bank policies.
• Record sales activities in daily reports and update the CRM system.
• Participate in team huddles, training, compliance, and fraud prevention programs.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in personal banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards.
• Willingness to work six days a week and meet reporting requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and contact management.
• Solid understanding of KYC, AML, FATCA, and related compliance processes.
