Senior Product Operations Manager – Platform

About the role

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution and cross‑functional alignment of platform frameworks that support multiple product teams. In this role you will act as the central hub between product, engineering and internal stakeholders, ensuring the platform’s operational excellence and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end operations of platform frameworks used across the organization.
• Coordinate product roadmaps, engineering delivery and stakeholder expectations to maintain alignment.
• Define and track key performance indicators, reporting on platform health and impact.
• Facilitate cross‑team communication, resolve dependencies and drive timely execution.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices for platform governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex product operations in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, product and business teams.
