Senior Production Assembler

About the role

The Senior Production Assembler will lead complex mechanical assembly activities on the Final Assembly Line for propulsion systems and aerospace components. The role ensures high‑quality production, strict adherence to engineering documentation, and provides technical guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced mechanical assembly and integration of engines, propulsion systems, and related aerospace parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, assembly procedures, BOMs and technical documentation to build precision components.
• Support production targets, identify and escalate assembly issues, and assist in troubleshooting non‑conformities.
• Operate and maintain torque tools, pneumatic tools, measuring instruments and lifting equipment safely.
• Follow SOPs, complete accurate production records, and support inspection and quality verification activities.
• Mentor junior assemblers, coordinate daily tasks with supervisors, and promote a strong quality culture.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or Aerospace Manufacturing.
• 5–8 years of assembly experience in aerospace, aviation, defence, automotive or heavy‑industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with propulsion systems, rotating equipment or precision assemblies is highly preferred.
• Previous work on a Final Assembly Line environment is an advantage.
