Senior Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale platform initiatives for Mercer's Talent solutions in Dubai. The role combines business strategy, product development and technical execution, with a focus on HR technology and AI-first solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, multi-year SaaS platform integrations, migrations and new builds, delivering on time, within scope and budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across product, engineering, operations, sales and business units while keeping client needs central.
• Facilitate decision-making and maintain momentum in a senior, opinion-rich stakeholder environment.
• Provide transparent, executive-ready reporting and communication, and incorporate global standards into local execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technical project management experience, especially with new platform builds and Agile/iterative delivery.
• Proven senior stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity.
