Senior Program Manager – Maneuver Dominance (UAE)

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Omen autonomous air vehicle program for its new Maneuver Dominance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role bridges cutting‑edge defense technology with practical execution, ensuring the delivery of the first tail‑sitter aircraft under a mass‑production contract.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal Anduril teams (Air Vehicle, Mission Systems, Support Systems, Production) and external stakeholders to align program milestones.
• Drive strategic decision‑making, resource planning, and risk management for the Omen program in the UAE.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable plans, maintaining schedule and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with the lead Program Manager in Costa Mesa to ensure global program coherence.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑tech programs in defense or aerospace.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and apply them to program execution.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills with both internal and external partners.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and creating order from uncertainty.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi and work onsite.

Required skills
