Senior Project Controls Manager

About the role

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead planning, reporting and governance for a large‑scale data centre campus in the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure consistent project controls, data integrity and compliance with industry standards across the entire programme.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement programme‑wide project planning, reporting and governance strategies.
• Establish and maintain project controls policies, standards, systems and procedures.
• Develop and manage the master schedule, WBS, coding structures and control frameworks.
• Coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Monitor progress, identify variances and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct critical‑path, scenario and risk analyses.
• Create dashboards, KPIs and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Validate contractor progress submissions and maintain audit trails.
• Implement digital tools such as P6 and Power BI, driving automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a relevant professional/chartered qualification.
• 10+ years of experience delivering data centres or complex engineering projects.
• Proven track record in programme planning and reporting for large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology, permitting, sequencing, testing, commissioning and regulations.
• Excellent strategic planning, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
