Senior Project Manager – Construction & Data Centers

About the role

Decima International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple data‑center construction projects for a top technology client. This client‑facing position requires strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while representing the client.

Key responsibilities

• Apply modern project management techniques across complex, multi‑functional projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate with both technical and management personnel.
• Manage projects from initiation through close‑out, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Prepare and present PowerPoint decks on progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop RFPs, support contractor selection, and oversee contract award processes.
• Establish CPM baseline schedules with contractors and perform resource analyses.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, providing mitigation recommendations.
• Facilitate and chair project meetings, maintaining accurate minutes and action items.
• Review and validate project progress, contractor pay applications, and related documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Client‑facing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor staff, build long‑term client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities.
