Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex custom software development initiatives for our client in Sharjah. The role requires strong Arabic communication skills and extensive experience managing Agile delivery of enterprise‑grade web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑team software development programs from inception to production.
• Coordinate distributed, cross‑functional Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of custom applications.
• Oversee ERP/CRM enhancement or integration projects, managing scope, budget and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps/Jira/GitLab tooling.
• Ensure alignment with UX/UI standards and user‑centric design principles.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading Agile custom software projects.
• 2‑3 years of exposure to ERP/CRM enhancement or integration initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise‑grade web/mobile applications and multi‑team programs.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Agile methodology and Scrum frameworks.
• Project management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab.
• Technical knowledge of SDLC, microservices, APIs, integration patterns.
• Understanding of UX/UI processes and user‑centric design.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce.
