About the role

The role involves leading end‑to‑end delivery of wholesale payment projects for a banking environment in the UAE. The manager will report to C‑level stakeholders and steer both IT and business steering committees.

Key responsibilities

Ensure programs meet all regulatory, compliance and internal control requirements (e.g., SWIFT, KYC/AML).
Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
Manage matrix teams across on‑shore and off‑shore locations.
Control project scope and adapt to dynamic priorities.

Required profile

Senior/Mid Project Manager with end‑to‑end delivery experience.
PMP or equivalent certification.
Minimum 16 years of banking experience, including 6‑7 years in UAE banks.
Technical background with knowledge of cloud and ETL tools.
Strong communication skills for C‑level reporting.
