Senior QA Engineer – Web & Mobile Testing (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our technology team in Dubai. You will help ensure the quality of enterprise‑level eCommerce solutions for the airline and travel industry, working on both web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases and scenarios.
• Implement QA strategies for eCommerce websites and mobile apps.
• Participate in requirement reviews to guarantee testability.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements and test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.
• Prepare test environments and data, and execute functional, regression, UI and integration testing.
• Validate software releases and provide Go/No‑Go recommendations.
• Identify, report, track and verify defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.
• Communicate testing progress, risks and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong hands‑on experience in test planning, functional, UI and regression testing.
• Proven ability to work closely with developers, analysts, product teams and customers.
