Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

Intermass is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join its Quality department on construction projects in Dubai. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that every project meets the highest quality standards and satisfies client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review project documents and verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitor and control site activities to maintain quality control.
• Manage onsite inspections, ensuring Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) are approved.
• Oversee testing and commissioning processes and ensure all test requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate snagging and de‑snagging activities to achieve successful handover.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in construction quality management.
• Strong knowledge of WIR, MIR, testing, commissioning and snagging procedures.
• Ability to work on‑site and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to delivering projects that meet client satisfaction.
