Senior Retail Leasing Manager

About the role

Al-Futtaim is looking for three Senior Retail Leasing Managers to lead the leasing strategy for its retail portfolio in Dubai. The position reports to the General Manager‑Leasing and sits one level below the General Manager band.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute leasing tactics for the retail portfolio to ensure business viability and meet strategic objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive updates to inform decision‑making.
• Manage rental of retail units, aiming for maximum occupancy and premium rental rates.
• Lead lease negotiations and achieve approved milestones.
• Ensure accurate completion of tenant documentation, database updates, and turnover processes.
• Plan and achieve goals that sustain and expand market share.
• Lead and coordinate the work of direct reports, supporting departments, and external consultants such as market researchers and leasing agents.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in property leasing or portfolio management within a reputable real‑estate organization.
• Proven track record in lease negotiations and managing retail brand leasing for large, successful malls.
• Strong sales and marketing background with excellent presentation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic preferred, with solid English communication.
• Ability to lead teams and work with outsourced consultants.
