Senior S3D Tool Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior S3D Tool Administrator to join Technip Energies in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Head of Department and working closely with project engineering and IM managers, you will lead the installation, customization and management of the S3D environment for FEED/EPC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure S3D application server, client, batch server, name generator and related services.
• Create, customize and administer S3D sites, plants, catalogs and multi‑discipline support libraries using Visual Studio.
• Develop custom symbols, pipe supports, drawings, reports and labels.
• Manage SmartPlant Foundation data retrieval, correlation and publishing.
• Provide user support, training and troubleshooting for S3D and SPF environments.
• Prepare project procedures, PBS structures and deliverable customizations according to client requirements.
• Coordinate with IT and Hexagon for technical issues and handle audits and data hand‑over.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bachelors or Diploma).
• 13–16 years of experience in S3D administration and customization on multi‑discipline FEED/EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering data flow across disciplines.

Required skills

• S3D installation, configuration and administration.
• Dot Net programming (VB, C#) for S3D customizations.
• Visual Studio for symbol, pipe‑support and name‑rule development.
• SmartPlant Foundation data handling and publishing.
