Senior Sales Engineer – Sanitary Ware Solutions

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer will drive growth of Enware sanitary‑ware solutions across Dubai and the wider UAE, targeting plumbing merchants, distributors and key clients in healthcare, aged‑care, education and industrial sectors. The role combines technical expertise with consultative selling to deliver tailored solutions and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants, distributors and key clients in healthcare, aged‑care, education and industrial markets.
• Build strong relationships and introduce innovative sanitary‑ware solutions to existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Organise and lead client training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Attend industry events, monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate deliveries, handle technical service requests and act as the regional customer‑support contact.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sanitary‑ware sales experience in the UAE (GCC experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Engineering Design or a related discipline.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing project opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Technical aptitude for Enware sanitary‑ware products.
• Solution‑based selling and consultative technical sales (needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal development).
• Delivery of product demonstrations and training sessions.
