Senior Sales Manager – Mechanical Products (Oil & Gas)

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the commercial activities of a fast‑growing mechanical products trading company serving the Oil & Gas sector in the UAE. You will be responsible for executing short‑term sales plans while shaping medium‑to‑long‑term growth strategies and expanding the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics‑driven sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to embed analytics into sales processes.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose data‑backed solutions.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management of mechanical products for the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of analytics and its application to sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
