Team Leader (Key Holder) – Retail Management

About the role

The Full‑Time Key Holder drives business performance through strong leadership while ensuring a differentiated customer experience. You will lead a team of associates, oversee opening and closing routines, and keep the customer at the centre of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Train, develop and coach team members to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain store presentation, supervise the sales floor and ensure operational tasks are completed.
• Handle asset protection, enforce policies and procedures, and manage opening/closing duties.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor or Manager.
• Strong work ethic, assertiveness and analytical mindset.
• Attention to detail, adaptability and ability to multitask under stress.
