Senior Sales Representative – Export (F&B/Wholesale)

About the role

Gui Tea, a leading Chinese manufacturer of matcha green tea, is expanding its footprint in the Middle East. We are looking for a senior sales professional to drive B2B export sales of our food‑and‑beverage ingredients across the United Arab Emirates and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead B2B sales, distribution and business development activities in the UAE and Middle East, targeting F&B, horeca, catering, retail and manufacturing customers.
• Identify, acquire and grow strategic corporate accounts, managing the full sales cycle and conducting regular customer visits.
• Build commercial channels and partnerships with distributors, wholesalers and direct B2B accounts.
• Coordinate export documentation, shipping and customs processes, working closely with the R&D team in China for customised formulations.
• Collect and analyse market insights on trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in food‑and‑beverage or ingredient wholesale.
• Proven track record in export sales and key‑account management within the Middle East.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑growing environment.
