Senior Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to lead the design and delivery of large‑scale high‑rise residential projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full design process from concept through construction documentation, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and detailed design for high‑rise residential projects.
• Prepare and review construction documentation and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements and industry standards.
• Manage technical coordination with clients, developers, contractors and regulatory authorities.
• Review architectural details, materials, specifications and construction methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of architectural consultant experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience on large‑scale, complex high‑rise residential developments, especially multi‑building projects with shared podiums.
• Strong expertise in design development, detailed design and construction documentation.
• Sound knowledge of UAE/Dubai building codes, authority approval processes and regulations.
• Demonstrated direct project involvement and delivery experience.
