Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Azure)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate the delivery and runtime foundations for modern enterprise applications, workflow platforms and AI‑enabled products. You will partner directly with software engineers to create reliable, secure and automated pathways from code to production.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across development, test, staging and production environments.
• Design and manage containerised workloads, Kubernetes deployments and secure secrets/configuration management.
• Create and standardise automated CI/CD pipelines, incorporating build, test, security scanning and deployment processes.
• Establish logging, metrics, tracing, alerting and dashboards to monitor system health and performance.
• Implement incident‑response practices, lead root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of reliability.
• Enforce least‑privilege access, auditability and integrate security checks into delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate with engineering teams to improve release frequency and reliability.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern container orchestration.
