Senior Software Engineer - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote team and help train next‑generation AI systems. You will apply your deep software expertise to improve how models learn and reason, delivering high‑quality, real‑world code that powers scalable AI training workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute expert‑level knowledge to bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization across multiple programming languages.
• Analyze and enhance software codebases to ensure clarity, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide feedback and insights for AI model improvement.
• Develop robust solutions and document best practices to support scalable AI training workflows.
• Evaluate existing system architecture and recommend technical strategies for optimal results.
• Deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication regarding technical findings and project progress.
• Support continuous improvement of AI systems by applying real‑world coding expertise in challenging scenarios.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, or TypeScript; experience with C++ or Go is a strong asset.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated experience debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.
• Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
• Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Track record of success in collaborative, cross‑functional remote teams.
