Senior Specialist Strategic Partnership

About the role

The Senior Specialist Strategic Partnership will build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external partners, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with AD Ports Group’s strategic objectives. This role acts as the primary liaison between the organization and strategic partners, driving collaboration and delivering mutual value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic partners, aligning their interests with the EC&FZ cluster strategy.
• Represent EC&FZ at regulatory meetings and partner conferences to advocate priorities.
• Design, execute, and regularly assess partnership programs and initiatives.
• Lead negotiations for agreements, contracts, and memoranda of understanding.
• Monitor partnership performance, recommend improvements, and report outcomes to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure partnership alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6‑8 years of experience in stakeholder or relationship management, preferably with government entities or large corporations.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and multi‑party collaborations.
