Senior Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Senior Store Manager leads the overall performance of the Marks & Spencer store in Dubai, ensuring sales targets, customer service standards, and operational excellence are consistently achieved. This role blends strategic decision‑making with hands‑on leadership to create a high‑performing, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance, adjusting tactics based on market trends and competitor activity.
• Lead, motivate, and coach a diverse store team, handling recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain exceptional customer service, resolve complaints promptly, and implement feedback mechanisms.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including inventory management, cash handling, store maintenance, and health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior retail management, preferably within a large multi‑brand environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
