Senior Surveyor Valuations

About the role

Green Initiative is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead valuation assignments across a range of client needs in Dubai. The role combines loan security, account management, and advisory work while building new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake existing valuation mandates and develop contacts to attract new business.
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice for loan security, accounts, management, agency, and advisory purposes.
• Execute instructions with minimal supervision and deliver high‑quality valuation reports in various formats.
• Promote the valuation service line to existing and prospective clients.
• Develop a market profile by building key client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and property data.
• Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Creative problem‑solving and client‑focused mindset.
• Proven experience in residential valuation (preferred) and ability to form justified property value opinions.
• Excellent communication skills for client relationship building and new business generation.
