Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for efficiently sourcing, selecting, and onboarding high‑calibre candidates for specific divisions within Al Tayer Group. The role partners with business function heads, manages approved recruitment budgets, and drives talent‑acquisition strategies aligned with division needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review approved budgets with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and drive hiring accordingly.
• Determine and execute sourcing strategies using Oracle Recruitment Cloud, social media, and external platforms.
• Conduct pre‑screening, short‑listing, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate post‑interview feedback.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and outsource manpower vendors, ensuring timely payments and compliance.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, budgets, and ATS (ORC) data, producing regular reports and metrics.
• Support onboarding administrators to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in an in‑house recruitment role.
• Proven experience recruiting across all levels, from associate to senior management.
• Background in fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR software solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Arabic.
