About the role

At Pizza Hut, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple global markets, driving hiring strategy and building high‑performing teams for the brand’s continued expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to design proactive recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across various functions, handling sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing, networking, executive search techniques, and talent mapping.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Pizza Hut employer brand.
• Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and stakeholder communication.
• Influence hiring decisions by leveraging data, market trends, and talent insights.
• Develop strong partnerships with regional leaders across countries, balancing local needs with global standards.
• Ensure recruiting processes are compliant, efficient, and executed with high data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with external search firms, recruiting vendors, universities, and industry networks to strengthen pipelines.
• Lead or contribute to talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, process improvement, recruiting technology, and talent attraction programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior talent acquisition or recruitment roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder‑management capabilities with senior business leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to influence hiring decisions using metrics and market insights.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in recruitment processes.
