About the role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join our Dubai studio and represent LW on a range of high‑profile residential, mixed‑use and hospitality projects across the UAE and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of residential, mixed‑use and hospitality developments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and RIBA standards.
- Mentor junior staff and oversee the production of construction documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of industry experience after completing RIBA Part 3.
- Proven track record in residential and hospitality project delivery.
- Creative, proactive and able to work at a fast pace.
Required skills
- Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and InDesign.
