Senior Technical Trainer

About the role

Presight, the region's leading big data analytics company powered by generative AI, is looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver technical learning experiences that enable employees, customers and partners to adopt and maximize the value of its AI products and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of comprehensive technical training programs for internal teams, customers and partners, covering Presight products, AI solutions, integrations, APIs, deployment workflows, troubleshooting and best practices.
• Create instructor‑led sessions, self‑paced e‑learning modules, onboarding, certification materials, workshops and technical documentation, continuously improving them based on product updates and learner feedback.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation such as user guides, implementation guides, SOPs, FAQs and learning resources, and develop hands‑on labs and scenario‑based exercises.
• Deliver engaging instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, facilitate workshops, product demos, onboarding and knowledge‑transfer activities, and evaluate learner progress.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success, UX and QA teams to ensure training content reflects current product capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, Instructional Design or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in technical training, enablement, instructional design or technical documentation within software, AI, data analytics, cloud or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience with AI, Generative AI, machine learning or data analytics solutions, and strong understanding of software development, APIs, cloud platforms and system integrations.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and public‑speaking skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Instructional design and adult‑learning methodologies.
• Technical writing and creation of user guides, SOPs, FAQs.
• Training delivery – instructor‑led, virtual, workshops, labs.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Proficiency with presentation and visual design tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Figma.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, data analytics platforms and responsible AI principles.
