Senior Waiter – Upscale Dining

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Senior Waiter to join our upscale dining team in Dubai. In this leadership‑oriented position you will manage your own section, deliver refined, personalized service and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned section with professionalism, ensuring a refined guest experience.
• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service across all food and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and support teams to maintain smooth service flow.
• Mentor and support junior team members, modeling best practices.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and service execution.
• Accurately take and process guest orders, accommodating special requests.
• Anticipate guest needs, creating personalized experiences that foster loyalty.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene protocols.
• Utilise POS systems efficiently for order processing and billing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years progressive waiter experience in upscale dining or hospitality.
• Proven expertise in section management and guest service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, dining etiquette and service protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
