Service Sales Engineer – Power Quality (Abu Dhabi & Al‑Ain)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Service Sales Engineer focused on Power Quality to drive UPS lifecycle services, brown‑field replacements and upgrades for customers in Abu Dhabi and Al‑Ain. The role blends sales and technical support to ensure customers receive optimal power management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the annual service revenue target for Power Quality/UPS.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain customer relationship data for the installed base.
• Develop and manage direct relationships with key end‑users to identify replacement and upgrade opportunities.
• Analyse existing equipment status and recommend replacement schedules.
• Prepare timely service quotations using centralized resources.
• Monitor competitor offerings and articulate Eaton’s advantages.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits across the assigned geography to educate customers on component life‑cycle.
• Create customer accounts, register companies, and track leads.
• Provide basic application information to customers via phone or on‑site.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to interact with maintenance, engineering and facility managers.
• Ability to travel frequently within Abu Dhabi and Al‑Ain.
• Experience in sales or technical support for power quality or UPS solutions.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive service revenue.
