SHEQ Advisor

About the role

The SHEQ Advisor will support Mammoet’s commitment to the highest standards of safety, health, environment and quality across all operations. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to embed a strong SHEQ culture on every project.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sustain a positive SHEQ culture at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Mammoet, contractual and legal SHEQ requirements.
• Maintain industry‑leading SHEQ standards in facilities and work sites.
• Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders across diverse scopes of work.
• Coach teams and champion SHEQ best practices.
• Assess safety of jobsite and workplace activities.
• Conduct and oversee safety inspections and training programmes.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Diploma or certification in Health, Safety & Environment and Quality.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of SHEQ regulations.
• Strong understanding of heavy lifting and transport equipment.
• Proficiency with SHEQ management systems.
• Advanced use of the MS Office Suite.
