Showroom Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and personable Showroom Sales Consultant to join MVP Appliances in Dubai. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending home‑appliance solutions that enhance their lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product range, features, benefits and applications.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable appliances.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and new products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with showroom displays and keep the area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home‑appliances retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and service.
• Basic computer skills, familiar with point‑of‑sale systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales training is a plus.
