SIEM Security Analyst / SOC L3 Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SIEM Security Analyst / SOC L3 Analyst to join our security operations team in Dubai. The role involves monitoring, investigating, and responding to security incidents while optimizing SIEM use cases and supporting tool integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support for security incidents across client environments.
• Perform SIEM monitoring, incident triage, analysis, and escalation.
• Conduct L3‑level investigations and response activities.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SIEM use cases and correlation rules.
• Onboard new log sources and manage log collection.
• Prepare security reports, dashboards, and client updates.
• Integrate security tools such as SOAR, TIP, EDR, and related platforms.
• Engage with clients to address custom monitoring and integration requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, and SIEM management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, GCIH, GCIA, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, ArcSight, etc.).
• Security incident analysis and response.
• SOC operations and threat detection.
• Log management and log source onboarding.
• Use‑case development and optimization.
• Integration with SOAR/TIP platforms.
• Client and stakeholder management.
