Site Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will supervise daily on‑site activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations, and act as the technical bridge between project managers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction work on site, verifying that it matches design drawings, quality expectations and safety rules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and material suppliers to keep the project on schedule.
• Interpret technical drawings and provide engineering guidance to on‑site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce detailed progress and status reports.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve site issues or delays promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
