Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily property operations at Salayel Hospitality, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with client requirements. This role coordinates third‑party service providers, monitors service standards, and guarantees adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and HSE policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections, complete checklists and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate client event requirements, operational requests and prepare snagging lists for pre‑ and post‑events.
• Manage shift handovers within rotational duty schedules.
• Monitor and enforce Scope of Work compliance for all third‑party service providers.
• Supervise TPSP staff attendance, deployment and performance, evaluating service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Report and track repair and maintenance activities, oversee preventive maintenance and waste‑management schedules.
• Maintain asset inventory records, storage logs and movement tracking, reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with security, HSE and company standards while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism, or property/facilities operations.
