Site Supervisor – Marble & Stone Installation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead marble, travertine and large‑format porcelain installation works on luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai. The role requires a hands‑on foreman with deep UAE experience, ensuring top‑tier craftsmanship and strict adherence to project timelines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily on‑site installation of marble, travertine and large‑format porcelain (dry cladding, wet methodology, floors, walls, bespoke features).
• Guarantee precise jointing, alignment, book‑matching, cutting and finishing/polishing.
• Read and accurately interpret architectural shop drawings, stone layout plans and cut‑lists.
• Manage site workers and subcontractors, enforcing project schedules and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and project engineers on site.

Required profile

• More than 6 years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE.
• Previous experience with a specialised marble/stone company.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of English for daily coordination.
