Social Media Account Manager

About the role

Grafdom is looking for a dynamic Social Media Account Manager to lead multi‑brand social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be client‑facing, highly organized, and passionate about delivering engaging social content across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' marketing, PR, and advertising initiatives.
• Research top influencers, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign planning.
• Create timely, platform‑specific content that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor social channels for customer‑service opportunities and engage on behalf of clients.
• Produce monthly performance reports highlighting successes and new opportunities.
• Design professional visuals and customize social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices.
• Refine internal social marketing processes and collaborate on brand messaging across all Grafdom materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience, preferably with account management responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative office environment.
