Social Media and Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media & Content Manager to own the social media strategy and content execution for three distinct brands, including a Dubai real‑estate portfolio and an emerging recruitment technology platform. The role combines content creation, brand management, and audience growth in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies for three separate accounts.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create monthly and weekly content calendars tailored to each brand.
• Produce concepts for reels, short‑form videos, property showcases, recruitment campaigns and educational pieces.
• Write hooks, captions, scripts and video concepts.
• Coordinate with videographers, designers, editors and internal teams.
• Plan and oversee property shoots and other content productions.
• Identify trends and adapt them into brand‑relevant content.
• Build the recruitment platform’s social presence from scratch, including pre‑launch teasers and user‑acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor competitors, track engagement metrics and continuously improve strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional social media/content experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Excellent short‑form video storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Highly organized with proven content‑planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and generate ideas independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
