Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Nysonian is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & Content Manager to lead organic social for its two consumer brands, NOBL and Flo Pilates. Working hybrid in Dubai, you will create, film, edit and publish short‑form content on Instagram, TikTok and other key platforms while representing the brands on‑camera when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social strategy for both brands across Instagram, TikTok and additional channels.
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok) and write platform‑specific captions.
• Maintain and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments and preserve each brand’s voice.
• Leverage trends, cultural moments and performance data to boost reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Report on organic metrics and translate insights into the next content cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience running organic social for a consumer or DTC brand with a portfolio that demonstrates growth.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera as a brand personality.
• Strong writing ability with an instinct for platform‑native tone.
• Ability to manage two distinct brand voices without overlap.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable interpreting performance metrics.
